Our research is collaborative and informed by the lived experience of those on the frontlines of reimagining how we work, toward futures of shared power and prosperity. 

Our methods draw on co-creation, participatory action research, and grounded theory while prioritizing actionable insights and stakeholder engagement.

    The research behind Beloved Economies took place over nearly eight years and involved more than one hundred contributors, including organizational leaders, practitioners, researchers, and evaluators.
