Acting inside the legacy and spirit of Oakland, CA, which is affectionately/intentionally known as "The Town" as a people driven counterpoint to San Francisco's industry-driven moniker, "The City," I've been able to integrate knowledge of history, focus on creative economy, policy-based activism, and commitment to homegrown innovation into my work. For the past 10 years, I've been working to make "sustainability and social innovation" culturally relevant for everyday people. I am currently co-creating an innovation management platform to facilitate the process of community-led sustainable development.
