Together with your team, walk away from a culture of exhaustion and extraction towards an unprecedented level of shared ownership.

One where your team rewrites the rules of business as usual and practices a way into a future of work defined by thriving, belonging, and regeneration.

You want to start a conversation about new approaches to power-sharing and decision-making at your organization. Or you’re looking for tools to help tap into the unrealized brilliance of your team. Or you're curious as to how everyday work, regardless of what we do, can help transform our economy to work for all.  Bring your questions. Start unlocking powerful answers: practice skills for deeper collaboration and engage a framework proven by over sixty enterprises reimagining the way they work—bringing to life what we call beloved economies.

Join the Beloved Economies team and their collaborators for a three-session Learning & Practice Intensive.

Our approach employs interactive techniques of storytelling, co-learning, and practice to experientially take steps together towards embodying change. Over three virtual workshop sessions this fall, we discover what it takes to spark and sustain workplace transformation as a force for shifting our economy—including equipping you with the skillset to join and/or nourish a workplace community and rethinking what that means.

  • Reimagining and Repairing How We Work: The Time is Now

A learning event to explore the translation and application of key research learnings highlighted in the book Beloved Economies: Transforming How We Work, shortlisted for the 2022 Porchlight Business Book of the Year.

This session begins with a dynamic 90-minute program featuring the enterprise leaders and team members featured in Beloved Economies, speaking about pulling the under-tapped lever of change of workplace transformation, and seven specific practices shown to be hallmarks of teams who achieve standout success.

Following a brief break, we’ll convene into small-group workshops where you can choose specific sessions with presenters from Part 1 to roll up your sleeves with on real-life challenges and questions.

    When: September 28, 2023

    Time Commitment: 3 hours

    Start time: 10am PT / 1pm ET

  • Economic Imagination: A Tool for Change

Build on findings from the research behind Beloved Economies, as well as learnings from our podcast The Light Ahead, we’ll embolden your visions of what’s possible in the workplaces and economies we form together. This will be a 90-minute journey and immersion, including offerings and practices for participants to take with them.

In part 2 of the session, we will zoom in on the importance of reimagining and repairing how we fund–for philanthropic funding, investment, and more. Alongside leading organizations redefining what funding looks and feels like, we will explore the emerging imperative for funders to profoundly reimagine the field and practice—and why this matters for building economies that work for all.

Come away with practical tips, useful resources, and inspiring stories to equip you to take the next steps on your journey.
