Alfredo Cruz leads the foundation’s program staff in meeting the institutional goals and objectives while nurturing a culture of equity and effectiveness. As part of the executive team, Alfredo provides leadership with board and staff development, fund development and setting institutional policies and practices. S/he also oversees new initiatives and partnerships that aim to advance the foundation’s mission.
